The Las Vegas Valley offers very different options depending on your budget, commute, preferred housing style, amenities and long-term plans.

1. Henderson
One of Henderson’s biggest advantages is variety. Buyers can find established neighborhoods, new construction, condos, luxury homes and guard-gated communities across the area.
Henderson also offers convenient access to I-215, I-11 and other major routes, with some areas providing easier access to the Strip and airport. If you’re comparing homes for sale in Henderson, there are a wide range of communities and price points to explore.

2. Southwest Las Vegas
The Southwest continues to see significant growth, with new residential, retail and commercial development throughout the area.
Buyers can find newer homes and new construction communities, along with expanding dining and shopping options. Convenient access to major roadways also makes the Southwest worth considering if you want to be in an area that’s still actively developing.

3. Centennial Hills / Northwest Las Vegas
Centennial Hills offers a different feel from many parts of the valley, with a mix of established communities, newer development and larger residential areas.
The Northwest is generally more spread out, with newer homes and access to shopping, dining and outdoor recreation. It’s an area worth comparing with Henderson, Summerlin, the Southwest and other parts of the valley.
