Employee Spotlight: Meet Bobbie Farley!

Helping drivers find the right fit starts with someone who cares about the person behind the wheel. For Bobbie Farley, Driver Recruiter at Little River Transportation, building those relationships is the most rewarding part of her day.

In her almost two months with LRT, Bobbie has focused on connecting qualified drivers with opportunities and guiding them through the hiring process. She celebrates every successful hire as a step forward for both the driver and the team.

“Recruiting is about more than filling a position. It’s about building relationships, finding the right people, and helping create a strong team.”

Bobbie was drawn to LRT by the opportunity to work with great people and contribute to a shared goal. She values a team that supports one another and recognizes that everyone’s contribution matters. Setting goals, seeing results, and helping the company grow motivate her to bring her best each day.

Outside of work, Bobbie enjoys spending time with family, making memories, and appreciating life’s little moments. Her faith is also an important part of who she is.

“I love the Lord, and as I grow older, I realize the small things are what’s important.”

And if Bobbie has control of the road trip playlist? “Waymaker” is up first—with plenty of singing along!

We’re glad to have you on the team, Bobbie. Thank you for helping drivers find their place at LRT!
