Recipe number three is here!!

And it's our delicious Coronation chicken sandwich 🥪

This recipe is too easy not to make, and also a great way to use up leftover roast chicken!

Ingredients:

200g Cooked chicken
4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp Curry powder
70g Raisins
1 Apple, grated
2 Sandwich rolls
20g Butter
2 Carrots, grated

Here's how to make them...
Place the yoghurt and curry powder into a bowl.
Add the raisins and grated apple before stirring them together.
Butter the bread rolls and divide the yoghurt between each roll.
Tear up the cooked chicken and place it in the sandwich.
Top with grated carrot and serve.
