## Caption

Did you know daddy longlegs are also called “harvestmen?” Or that fossilized remains have been found in Scotland dating back 400 million years? They are arachnids, not insects, and are only distantly related to spiders. In nature, of course, we humans are much larger than any daddy longlegs. But when “David Rogers’ Big Bugs” opens at Green Animals Topiary Garden tomorrow, the situation will be reversed. The sculpture you see lurking in the background is 10 feet high! The exhibition is included with regular admission, and free for Preservation Society members. To learn more and order tickets, follow the link in our bio.
