The Elms Sunken Garden Coloring Page
Enjoy your weekend by coloring The Elms Sunken Garden! This beautiful coloring page was created in partnership with Becky Paxton, a talented artist, garden lover, and American landscapes enthusiast. This is one among many beautiful coloring pages she has created, so please follow her sheseesflowers and #coloramericasgardens on Instagram!
Further activities:
· Create a story around the coloring page. The Elms Sunken Garden is your setting, but who are your characters? What is the storyline? How will it begin and end?
· Recreate this coloring page in your own backyard or park! Find any loose leaves, sticks, rocks, etc. and design a sunken garden out of the organic material you found.
· Go outside and draw the lines and designs seen in the coloring page with chalk. Fill in with any of the chalk colors you wish!
After you color The Elms Sunken Garden coloring page or do any of the further activities, take a picture of it and please tag newportmansions and #newportmansionscreativitycorner so we can see and share your creations with the community and beyond!
