Previously an historic mill, Burrs Country Park Club Site has much to offer the whole family - from relaxing river and countryside walks to contemporary art, and with the nostalgic East Lancashire Steam Railway passing by. The caravan site also gives you easy access to the beautiful country park situated just north of Bury town centre, and is handy for trips into Manchester using the direct tramlink.

Burrs Country Park Club Site is based around the River Irwell and the remains of two cotton mills - Higher Woodhill Mill and Burrs Mill. Extensive development of the mill has left interesting archaeological remains and water courses in the area. Travelling north and east of Bury, you will find picturesque countryside with numerous small towns and villages, with industrial heritage to explore. Book a pitch at camc.com/uk-holidays
