Check out this creamy spinach with chickpeas and feta for something delicious to snack on with friends 👀👇 Recipe 🍴 🌿Heat 2 tbsp oil in a medium pot. 🌿Halve one leek and slice only the green part. Add it into the pot. 🌿Add 1 ½ tbsp chopped ginger and 4 chopped garlic cloves. 🌿Stir and saute for a few minutes. 🌿Add 60 g soaked cashews and 200 g defrosted spinach. 🌿Season with 3 tsp tagine spice mix, 1 tsp salt and ⅓ tsp black pepper. 🌿Stir in 650 ml vegetable stock. 🌿Cover with a lid, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. 🌿Remove the pot from the heat and puree the vegetables with a immersion blender until smooth consistency. 🌿Place it back on medium heat, add 1 tsp lime zest and 2 tbsp lime juice. 🌿Stir in 480 g chickpeas and bring to a gentle boil then remove from the heat. 🌿Serve with crumbed feta cheese, fried onions and crispy tortillas. #SpringRecipe #HisenseRecipes #CreamySpinachDip
