After months and months of planning, meetings, prepping, testing, trial and error, more testing, and packaging, I am BEYOND THRILLED to introduce you to Spicy Ramen and Fishy Salts—two blends I have been working on with josusalts, a Korean salt farm. It has been my DREAM for a very long time to be able to bring you products that make delicious food as accessible as possible in your very own kitchen. And now that dream is a reality!

Why Spicy Ramen Salt? Because I’ve used that small, metallic broth packet on everything—from tteokbokki, to salad dressing, to sprinkled over popcorn. It deserves its own place in your spice drawer, as well as your confidence in the ingredients.

Why Fishy Salt? Because I wanted a sustainable way to incorporate plant-based fishy flavors into my soups, stews, and noodles. Vegans can have seafood too!

Why Josu Salt? Because they are a woman-owned, Korean company that dug its roots into community, investing in the reconstruction of the Korean people after they’d been devastated by war. Their story tracks with mine, and I daresay, many of yours.
