In Season 4 of Ted Lasso, the story takes a new direction as AFC Richmond introduces a women’s team, with the season focusing on their journey in the game. ⚽️ Leah Williamson, who is close friends with members of the cast, was consulted by the writing team to help ensure the women’s football storyline was as authentic as possible. In one episode, Leah’s iconic No. 6 shirt is even displayed in AFC Richmond’s dressing room! 👏 Rex Hayes, who plays Siobhan in Ted Lasso, also revealed that Leah invited members of the cast to her box for Arsenal’s opening game of last season, giving them the chance to experience the action firsthand! 👏 Via: Screamers podcast #leahwilliamson #woso #football #arsenal #tedlasao
