Coop is the Graduate Assistant to the FSU Football Offensive Line and is a graduate student in our program! His job is to continue to monitor the offensive line position group and make sure that the newcomers are developing and caught up with the installation of plays and how the order of operations goes in the football program. He has also taken on important responsibilities for Norvell’s football camps that started this past week. ➀ β€œEvery day for a block time I host meetings for the entire position group, whether it’s a review of installs, film review, opponent study, or making connections and building up a relationship, and being a mentor for whatever players need help.” ➀ β€œThe most important thing that I’ve been doing is inviting the people to the camp that’s the main objective. After that helping set up the camp organization, drills, and assignments with our recruiting staff, and our football support staff (GAs, QCs, and analysts). I’ve helped out with Quarterback Camp, OL/DL Big Man Camp, and eventually all of our Individual Camps and the Specialists Camp coming up next week. I have run my own drill station specific to Offensive Line play, as well as basic agility drills.
