Q: 🙌 Your SPARK? As in, what makes you happy, motivated, or excited? What makes you, you?

A: Authenticity and connecting with nature are my sparks.

I love when all artifice is dropped and people show up as their real selves in conversations, work, and life. People seem to glow when they are bringing their authentic selves to the table, and I’ve always found that really beautiful and empowering. In my day to day, I show up as honestly as possible to empower those around me to do the same. Have niche interests, speak your mind, and revel in the unique gifts that you bring to this world. Life is simply too short not to be yourself.

In line with the “big hippie” energy of that answer, few things make me happier than being out in nature and grounding myself in the natural world. I think nature has a lot to teach us about being resilient, flexible, and at peace while growing in a unique way and at our own pace. A dandelion doesn’t judge its success against an oak tree. It focuses on soaking in the sunlight all around it.

Q: 🌎If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

A: I desperately want to visit Thailand and take in the culture, food, and nature! I’d also love to visit an elephant sanctuary there and be close to those creatures.
