POV Phone Setup 🎥📱

Wanna shoot clean POV videos with just your phone?
Here’s my go-to setup using a mouth mount + 0.5x lens.
For pro-level results, I bump the shutter to 1/250 using the Blackmagic Camera app — makes post work like 3D tracking or rotoscoping way easier.
This mouth-mount angle feels super natural and picks up all the subtle head movement too.

Not sponsored — just what works for me.
