South Africa joy! 🎾🇿🇦

Kgothatso Montjane (kgmontjane1) (top, right) became the first South African woman to win a French Open title since 1981, 42 years ago. 

Montjane won women’s wheelchair doubles with Yui Kamiji. 🏆

The same weekend, Donald Ramphadi (donald.ramphadi) (below, left), became the first South African man - both able bodied and wheelchair - to win a Grand Slam title at Roland Garros also since 1981. 

He won quad wheelchair doubles with Andy Lapthorne, on his birthday. 🏆

Both are first time Grand Slam champions.
