Recent research has shown that a staggering 78% of the UK’s design workforce is male, and only 22% female. With the design workforce still lacking female leadership globally, it’s never been more important to shine a light on the growing percentage of women achieving their creative goals. 

To inspire future generations, we're bringing the female designers we work with every day to the forefront to help #BreakTheBias in the creative industry and show women who have MADE it.
