Meet Leading Senior Constable Damian Campbell.

He’s a member of the Marine Response Team. They’re highly skilled Water Police officers who are trained to get Special Operation Group (SOG) officers onto a ship that’s already sailing in Victorian waters.

Thankfully it’s a skill that’s rarely required, so the team spend their time patrolling the state’s waterways to ensure everyone stays safe.

If you’re making the most of the sunshine out on the water, read our tips for water safety and share them with your mates. Head to the link in our bio to find them.
