Old Tom's Sour Squash, a deliciously interesting Sunday sip we created this afternoon. A fine blend of Jensen's Old Tom Gin with Strangelove organic Lemon Squash served on crushed ice, loads of lemon wedges and a sprig of rosemary. This gin from Bermondsey, a district in London is distilled in small batches to an old 1840s recipe discovered in a distiller's handbook with the addition of liquorice root to add a natural sweetness. It is an earthy, layered gin and perfect with this locally produced organic elixir from Strangelove, with the resulting beverage reminiscent of a good old fashioned lemonade made even better with alcohol! #jensensgin #lovestrangelove #oldtomgin #londongin #bermondsey #bermondseygin #lemonsquash #lemon #melbournefood #sydneybars #gin #gincocktail #instagin #ginstagram #ginspiration #organic #smallbatch #craftspirits #cocktails #instacocktail #drinkporn #cocktailporn #melbournebars #soda
