#PUSHFORBETTER 💪🏼 A devastating number of lives are lost to suicide each year. So, Ballarat police joined the push-up challenge in July to raise money for mental health initiatives.
35 officers completed 3,128 push-ups in 21 days (that's 68,000 push-ups collectively 😮) and raised more than $2,500. 📱If you need to speak to someone, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
