"Operation Arid is our four-day, long weekend operation. It’s starting Friday and runs through to Monday. We’ll have cops right across the state focussing on drink driving, drug driving, distraction and mobile phone use. We want everyone to take care. Last year we lost four people on the roads. This year we want to see that number at ZERO." Doug Fryer, Road Policing Command Assistant Commissioner. #OpArid #VicPol #labourdayweekend
