Let’s talk shot speed 👇

You need to be able to shoot at different speeds. 

Sometimes fast. 

Sometimes you have more time. 

Usually that is dependent on defensive positioning and shot clock/game clock. 

If your shots in training never hit the speed of a shot in a game when someone is closing out hard, you might want to add that in. 

Be adaptable.
