Have an idea? A goal? But not sure where to begin?

My advice for you: Start with what is in your hands.

I wouldn’t have ever made it to the Olympics if it wasn’t for the daily decision to show up everyday. Training wasn’t glamorous. You won’t always have someone cheering you on, and in those moments, you have to learn to encourage yourself... The behind the scene grit is what will get you to the place of your dreams. If you don’t feel like showing up today, welcome to the club! But let me be your reminder today that it will be worth it!

In the mundane, everyday small decisions you make to better yourself, it all adds up. It all matters. Every single one.

Tell me, what is something you can do TODAY that your tomorrow self will thank you for? 👇🏼

Happy Monday, friends! #mondaymotivation #dreamandbelieve
