Midweek quick TIP! One of the best ways to work on your one handed stick work is having a partner stand anywhere and run circles ⭕️ around them !! Have them lead the ball more then a stick lengths in front of you. Focus on flicking your wrist over when you throw the ball back and if you want to get fancy!! This is a perfect time to try 1 handed BTBs. The key 🔑 to one handed BTB is change the grip of your stick and make sure your butt end of your stick is facing your target 🎯 @thefaceoffacademy @sammjot @prowomenslax @lacrossenetwork #practice #drawgirl #drawwork #faceoff #1hand #stickskills @maverikwlx #axiom
