Today marks the five-year anniversary of the U.S. State Department receiving TransCanada’s application to build the #KeystoneXL pipeline. 
Four environmental reviews have already concluded that the Keystone pipeline wouldn’t have any significant impact on the environment, yet the president continues to delay this job-creating project.
