🌟 “I had a small thread of hope left for myself...”

That thread of hope changed everything for Autumn.

😢 After a decade battling infertility and devastating losses, grief had taken its toll.

She’d stepped back from her landscape design business.
Her confidence was shattered.
Her body felt like a stranger.

But that tiny thread of hope refused to break.

💪 First step? Taking action alone - dropping her first 30lbs.

Then she realized - she needed more than just another diet plan.

She needed someone who understood:
🧠 The emotional eating
💔 The grief
🤯 The body image struggles
📈 The perfectionism holding her back

Enter Coach Ronan and Body Smart.

8 months later:
📉 Another 46lbs (21kg) DOWN
🎯 Social anxiety? Massively reduced
💪 Physical strength? Through the roof
🧠 Mental game? Completely transformed

Not even a hurricane could stop her progress 👊

Autumn says “It doesn’t matter how you got where you are... poor choices, stress, grief, life changes... the coaches at Body Smart will help you find yourself.”
