It’s definitely not perfect, but it will give you an indication of whether you’e in the right ball park.

Remember weight doesn’t tell the whole picture so remember to look at other measures that align with your goals, like:

➡️ Having a waist circumference under 35inch (88cm)
➡️ Health markers such as blood pressure and cholesterol
➡️ Fitness indicators like how comfortably you can run a mile
➡️ Having a resting heart rate (RRH) under 60

If you’re on a weight loss journey, also remember to check body measurements, how your clothes fit, and progress photos.

Taking the focus off the scale can take a lot off stress out of the process!
