💯 There are a million reasons why you might be at a weight you’re not happy with. A lot of them are not necessarily your fault:

🍬 Processed foods designed to be addictive
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Family habits that normalise overeating
😢 Trauma and stress
📺 Constant advertising for convenience foods
🍔 Unhealthy food environments at work and school
🚙 Living in a neighbourhood designed for cars not walking

HOWEVER… this doesn’t mean that you should just accept your fate and suffer the consequences.

✨ It doesn’t really matter what led you to this point, what matters is that you have the power to change your future.

Taking responsibility for your weight and your health is liberating!

The more you realise you are in control and can make choices which leave you feeling better… the more you want to do it 👊

If you’ve always blamed X,Y or Z for your weight struggles, now is the time to forget about who’s ‘fault’ it is… and focus your energy on what you can do about it 🚀
