💔 If you’re a woman aged 30+, this kind of message was EVERYWHERE when you were forming your opinion on beauty, your body and your self-worth 😿

🤬 It makes me really f**cking angry the pain, lack of self belief and years of torture this BS led to for millions of women.

🗞️ This type of click bait sadly still exists. But thank god, we are more in control of the media we consume now.

If you’re struggling with your body image here are 4 tips to help:

📲 Curate your feed - delete accounts that make you question your worth
👍 Follow body positive accounts like danaemercer & @‌breeelenahan
👯‍♀️ Spend time with people who value you beyond your looks
🧡 Start paying attention to what you say to yourself in the mirror... If it sounds anything like the 00’s gossip column poison, remind yourself that’s not any way to speak to a real human.

With time and focus you CAN change that voice in your head 🤗
