✨ A little birthday self-care at sojospaclub , gifted by my husband — and honestly, it was exactly what my mind and body needed. ✨💖🎁

During the holiday rush, it’s so easy to stay busy doing everything for everyone else. But days like this remind me how important it is to slow down, breathe, recharge, and truly take in the moment. 🌿💆‍♀️🛁🕯️

And I didn’t take many pictures because this was just me time — no agenda, no content, just peace. But I can’t wait to come back here for a date night 💑✨, a friends’ day out 👯‍♀️💖, a mommy meet-up 🤱☕, or a bestie recharge day 🫶🌸.

SoJo Spa has such a beautiful atmosphere, and I would absolutely love the chance to showcase more of what makes this place so special. 🌆💫🪷

Here’s your reminder that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s necessary, especially this time of year. You deserve a little pause, too. 🧖‍♀️💝🌟
