I can't stop raving about the incredible buffets at Hyatt Regency's Pune 14! This place has become our go-to spot for a delightful dining experience. The variety of dishes is mind-boggling, with a special mention to their Himalayan cuisine offerings. We've been here multiple times and we keep coming back for more!

During our recent visit, they were hosting the "Aromas of the Himalaya" festival, and we indulged in some extraordinary dishes:

🍢 Bakula ke kebab: Hands down, one of the best kebabs I've had in years.
🍛 Chamba Style Fried Fish: This dish had a unique and elegant flavor that blew us away. The perfectly marinated fish was an absolute delight!
🍗 Tandoori Gadwali Chicken: I couldn't get enough of the distinct flavors of this tender tandoori chicken. Truly memorable.
🍖 Mutton Rogan Josh: Despite being already full, I couldn't resist indulging in this dish with some garlic naan. The slow-cooked mutton was incredibly juicy and flavorful. A must-try!

The restaurant staff is remarkable and always ready to assist. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting the talented chefs behind these culinary marvels:

👨‍🍳 Chef Visal - The creative genius behind the mouthwatering starters.

Chef Sajjad Khan - The master of the mutton rogan josh.

As if that wasn't enough, they even have a pani puri, sev puri, and ragda patties counter! Talk about attention to detail and satisfying all taste buds.

Save room for the incredible dessert counter, boasting over 20 delectable treats. With offerings like rasgulla, ras malai, sheera, pudding, kaju roll, and a variety of pastries, it's a dessert lover's paradise.
