1. Emotional maturity
Feelings are real, but self-control is required. Learn to process, not explode

2. Respect for women
From boundaries to beliefs—respect starts at home

Know how to cook, clean, and do laundry. These are grown man basics

4. Personal Hygiene 
From body to bedroom—clean, neat, and presentable should be the standard

5. Integrity & Accountability 
Not every fight deserves your energy. Choose peace over ego. Be the man who owns his choices and makes things right, even when it’s hard 

6. Consent & Self-Restraint 
Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. Discipline builds real strength.
