Crumble Topping
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Real California Milk unsalted butter, cold

1. Add the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon to the bowl of a food processor and pulse a few times to combine.
2. Cut the cold Real California Milk butter into small cubes and add them to the food processor. Pulse the mixture a few times until the butter is evenly distributed and the mixture resembles wet sand.
3. Pour the crumbles into a small bowl and place in the fridge while you continue to make the coffee cake batter.
