These words hit hard. 

Often we feel tired, or achey, or upset with our bodies, or wish our fingers worked the way they once did, or... or... or... The list goes on and may change from day to day. 

It's not that we don't have our daily frustrations and upsets, but passages like this one help to put things into perspective sometimes. 

How many of us have taken a picture and thought, "oh I don't like how that looks?" 🙋 Then when we revisit  that same photo 10 years later we all of a sudden think how great we looked!
 
Messages like this one are a great reminder to honor where we are at — wherever that may be — and to feel more anchored and present in our daily living.
