👂 Make a plan - Discuss the sequence of events to alleviate any anxiety or surprises with timing
👂 Share your plan - hearing loss is nothing to be embarrassed about, the more people are aware the easier communication will be
👂Take breaks - find a quiet space separate from the action to recharge
