As someone who’s meditated daily for years, it’s amazing to see how it immediately brings my mind into a state of meditation that would normally take me about 20 minutes to get to. It’s such a unique, fun and relaxing addition to my evening wind-down. Even my partner Ben (who’s not a ‘meditation guy’) loves doing it with me!

And if you’ve gotten this far with reading, I feel it’s safe to say you are aware of the benefits of the emerging field of psychedelic therapy. This app makes many of those benefits available to you in the comfort of your own home.
