Say hello to Angad Gill. 👋🏽 He’s a RedCrossCentralCA volunteer who serves as a youth board member for his local chapter.

Angad’s volunteer journey started when he joined his middle school’s Red Cross Club. As he got more involved in Club events, he worked his way up to serve in several leadership roles, eventually being appointed president of his Red Cross Club.

“Volunteering helps contribute to the well-being of others and creates an inclusive community. Not only is it fulfilling to help others in need, but volunteering also helps me build connections with people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances,” said Angad.

Throughout his time as a volunteer, Angad has contributed to helping his community by:
⭐ Leading the Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Youth Action Campaign in his area.
⭐ Supporting military families and community members at Red Cross events.
⭐ Becoming certified in first aid, CPR and AED skills.
⭐ Arranging lifesaving CPR training for his fellow Red Cross Club members.

We’re honored to have volunteers like Angad who have a passion for helping others and discover ways to do so through our mission while in school. ❤️
