Have you ever faced and overcome a huge fear and felt like no one else thought it was a big deal?

A lot of times our coaches, teammates, and family don’t quite understand the gravity of the fears we face in our mind.

So they see us overcome it and just assume that was the next easy step. We may get a “way to go” or a pat on the back, which is nice, but sometimes feels a little lackluster.

Because inside, when we overcome a road blocking fear it can feel like we just won the biggest prize on the planet!

So celebrate it and be proud of yourself even if no one else understands!
