Remember- Instagram is not real!

Here’s a little Instagram vs Reality video for you.

The first clip is the one I did correctly, grabbing a higher bar for balance. Got a great stretch.

The second clip is the one I got the deeper pike/better picture from. I grabbed a lower bar, filmed it in slomo to grab the shot, but watch til the end because I fell right through it🤣

If you feel like you’re not measuring up to what you see on social media, please remember that real life is lived between the edited, filtered snap shots and video clips.

True value and worth does not come from how many hearts, comments and followers you get.

We long for the approval of others, but no matter how much we receive it will never be enough, and it will never be sustaining.

Instead, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as for the Lord and not for men” -Colossians 3:23

That gives purpose, meaning, and peace.

Happy Monday friends!
