New year, new dryland, new opportunities.

But in all the newness and excitement, we can’t forget the basics- not just in sport but in life.

“Ambition without knowledge is like a boat on dry land.”
- Mr. Miyagi

If we don’t take care of our equipment, our gear, or our facilities, they break down and eventually will be unsafe then unusable.

If we don’t respect our coaches, teammates, family, friends… those relationships break down, too.

Start this year off with the basics- loving and respecting the people and opportunities around you.
