Like an iceberg, a lot more important things happen under the water than above in diving.

Life is like that, too.

We post pictures of our greatest moments, but all the real stuff happens in between the posts. And none of the greatness would even happen without all that goes on below the surface.

And the struggles, learning, fighting, tears, and pain that all happen out of sight from the world still matter.

It’s that part of the journey that is most crucial to change and grow in order to keep moving forward.

Don’t dismiss the tough out-of-sight challenges, but also don’t dwell there thinking that you’ll never come back up for air.

Today might be hard and tomorrow is unknown, but your life is worth the battle.

And remember, others may not see what you’re going through, but when they see your tip of the ice berg moment, they’ll want to hear your story and you will make a difference in their lives because of it.

Keep pushing, climbing, clawing your way forward. The fight will be worth it.
