I have been diving for 28 years now, and today I learned how to do something I’ve never done before- spot (visual cue) front spinning dives.

So this tells me two things…

1. I’m a very slow learner 😂
and…
2. No matter how long you’ve done something or how good at it you become, there is always more to learn, more to work on and room for improvement.
