I wanted to introduce myself to all the new awesome peeps that have recently joined our little tribe!

First of all- WELCOME! This is a place where big dreams are not only allowed but encouraged!

In this corner of the cyber world, age is just a number and obstacles are the very things that propel us toward our goals.

I’m an Olympic, World & World Cup Champion in platform diving. I retired after my third my Olympics in 2008.

But after a 9 year retirement, with 4 kids in tow and after an #acdf surgery, at the age of 43 I qualified and competed in the finals of the 2021 Olympic Trials.

I host a podcast called thepursuitofgold where I talk with elite athletes, coaches & experts to inspire athletes as well as provide tools and resource for them to reach their biggest goals! Click the link in my bio to listen.

I also published a book this summer called Life at 10 Meters, Lessons from an Olympic Champion. You can grab it on Amazon or get an autographed copy at laurawilkinson.com/book.

Stay tuned. The Tokyo Olympics may be over, but this journey is not.
