This right here. This is why I get up when I’m tired. This is why I keep training when I’m sore. This is why I chase big dreams, push through pain and fight with everything I have.

This is my 5 year old daughter cheering in my mom’s lap for me at Olympic Trials.

I don’t just want to tell my kids the sky is the limit, that they can do whatever they put their minds and hearts into.

It makes a much bigger impact to SHOW them.

Moms- keep dreaming big, keep striving for greatness, keep pushing your limits. Let your kids be part of your journey.

They won’t hold you back. They will make you stronger, more accountable, tougher and they will be the reason you can dig deep on the darkest of nights and make it through to the light.

Being a mom is a SUPER POWER.

Don’t waste it. Use it wisely.
