Ya’ll... I began writing this book several years ago when I started training again.

I remember writing a chapter on fear that was about learning a difficult dive at the very same time as I was relearning it after 9 years off the platform!

I’m SO excited that it’s finally real!

And one of the coolest parts about it is my 10-year-old picked it right up and read the whole thing in a matter of hours. She was so excited to learn all these new stories about me that she had never heard❤️.

This is not an autobiography but lessons I’ve learned along the way that have impacted me in amazing ways.

This book is for all ages and for all the dreamers out there!

Stay tuned, it will be available right after Olympic Trials on June 15th!!!
