This is not my favorite look. A little over two years ago, I had a two level #acdf (anterior cervical discectomy & fusion). Basically that means a titanium plate now lives in my neck.

I’ve had a lot of major injuries. Many of them could have easily ended my athletic career.

But I’ve learned how to navigate those difficult times and turn them into opportunities for me to come back even stronger.
