This past year we’ve learned that being locked down and quarantined doesn’t mean you have to stop training or working hard!

Itty Bit loves to workout with me and she keeps me accountable. When I’m resting, she’s usually still trying to perfect her skills. The girl knows no “off” switch, so she’s helping me up my game!

And it certainly is the best way to warm up when it’s freezing outside!
