mom·lete

noun
1. one's mother who is proficient in sports and other forms of physical exercise.

I feel like this video is me in a nutshell: wearing one child’s cat ear headband while holding another child and attempting to do a pull-up that I haven’t done in weeks while my other children complain that they want to do pull-ups, too, so I should move 😂.
