## Caption

So far, 40 doesn't look all that different. My family gave me the new tombrady book The T12 Method this morning, so I'm discovering a few new techniques to take care of my body. .
It's also showing me how far I've come since discovering Plexus over two years ago. Not only did it kickstart my return to diving, but it has me feeling the healthiest I've ever been. This is good for diving, but it's a huge blessing as a mom of little ones that wants to be present, patient and able to play with my kids for years to come!
