## Caption

The water is receding in my immediate area, but in other already flooded areas it's continuing to rise. This pic is of a friend's house.
.
This flooding is like nothing Houston has seen before. Houston is a huge and sprawling city reaching about 6.5 million people. 9,000 people are sheltered in the GRB convention center alone, and there are shelters popping up everywhere out of necessity. Keep praying over my city friends. If you want to donate, please make sure you are going through a legitimate source and providing specific needs asked for. There is a link in my bio to our church's donation and volunteer response if you'd like to help our specific community. Thank you!
