In this review we break down two shoes from Bogs' Boga family — the Boga Campster and the Boga Boot Mid — built for the moment you get back to camp, back to the truck, or back to the house and want your boots off. Both are made from a one-piece seamless molded EVA upper, which means there are no stitched seams anywhere and therefore nothing to leak: they're 100% waterproof by construction, not by membrane. Inside, a thick fleece lining with Max Wick and DuraFresh coating manages moisture and fights odor, while a plant-based BioBased Rebound insole adds energy return for standing around camp all evening. BOGS Grip rubber outsole pads sit in high-wear zones for traction on wet grass, mud, gravel, and tailgates. The Campster is the slip-on: Bogs took their best-selling Boga clog, removed the air slots, added faux-fleece and a high-abrasion collar, and turned it into a purpose-built camp shoe. The Boot Mid goes higher for deep mud and snow, with a comfort range from -22°F to 80°F, a pull-cinch toggle at the collar to seal out debris, and an integrated kick-off heel lug so you can step out of them hands-free. We break down which one belongs in your rig.
