POC Ventral Air Mips Helmet Review - staying cool when it's brutally hot.

In this review, we break down the POC Ventral Air MIPS — the Swedish brand's premium road and gravel helmet built for long climbs and blistering days in the saddle. The ventilation is the whole point: precisely placed ports feed deep internal airflow channels that control air intake and release at both low and high speeds, so you get real cooling grinding uphill at 6 mph, not just when you're flying. POC also shaped it for speed, with CFD-tested aero geometry and a distinct 22° trailing edge that cuts turbulence

What we get into:
✅ Deep internal airflow channels — cooling at climbing speeds, not just descents
✅ MIPS Integra rotational protection & how invisible it feels
✅ Fully wrapped unibody PC shell + optimized EPS liner
✅ Weight (~282g medium)
✅ 360° size adjustment & all-day comfort
✅ The eyewear garage — a small feature you'll use constantly
✅ Sweat management & pad quality on long efforts
