Harvest Cast Iron Pizza using @Earthbound Farm Broccoli Florets with Pumpkin and Pancetta. Perfect for fall. I enjoy cooking with organic produce because of the freshness and flavor it brings to any dish. It’s important to me to support sustainable farming practices by choosing organic. Recipe below: Ingredients -Pizza dough 1/3 C Earthbound Farm Organic Broccoli Florets sliced 1/4 C pumpkin or squash diced 3 oz.  Crispy Pancetta 1/2 C Grated Smoked Gouda Sprinkle of Mozzarella Cheese Fontal Cheese 2 Tbsp Garlic Spread Salt and Pepper Paprika Olive Oil Red Pepper Flakes to taste Preheat oven to 450F. Prep all ingredients, Season Broccoli Florets and Pumpkin with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place pizza dough into a well oiled cast iron skillet. Stretch until dough is fully covering the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella cheese over the crust of the pizza (this makes it nice a crispy). Add a thin layer of garlic spread and top with Gouda cheese. Take your sliced broccoli and diced pumpkin and spread evenly. Finish with Fontal cheese and place into the oven and cook for 20 minutes. In the meantime cook pancetta on the stove top until crispy. At 20 minutes, take the pizza out and place the pancetta on top and coat the crust with olive oil. Place back into the oven. Continue to cook for an additional five minutes, and broil for 2-4 minutes to make everything extra crispy. Garnish with olive oil and red pepper flakes.
